Phase A –Add phase A to main vessel; mix until uniform. Heat to 58°F - 67 - 67°F (70°F - 75 C). Phase B – At desired temperature, add phase B to phase A. Mix with propeller mixing until uniform. Phase C – Disperse phase C in a separate vessel until a uniform mixture forms. Discontinue heating phase AB. Record start time and add phase C to phase AB in a slow and metered fashion at 300-500 rpm. Adjust the mixing speed to create a small vortex. Record end time. Allow the solution to mix for the recorded time. It will become thicker and uniform. Once uniform, transfer to a holding vessel.
